  1. Operation "Child-Safe":   FREE gun locks to anyone requesting

  2. Amber Alert / A Child is Missing:   Two programs to insure the safe return of a missing or abducted child.

  3. Neighborhood Watch:   Road signs and crime prevention material to provide awareness to community members on how to be safe in your neighborhood.

  4. Helmet Smart:   Bicycle riders are rewarded for wearing protective helmets.

  5. None for under 21:   To educate parents and those under 21 years of age about the consequences of underage drinking of alcohol.

  6. Click it or Ticket:   Proactive approach to encourage the use of vehicle safety belts.

  7. 3rd Grade Safety Belt Program:   In school program to all 3rd grade students at Westwood elementary school. To provide encouragement to wear safety belts.

  8. Are You Okay?:   Daily phone call to area elderly just to ask: Are You Okay?

  9. Child Fingerprinting:   Do it yourself kits to fingerprint your children and record vital information on your child.

  10. Identity Theft Passport Program: Victims of identity theft are offered assistance to fill out the Identity Theft Passport application which will provide the victim a method of demonstrating to law enforcement and creditors that their identity has been stolen, and allow the victim to begin rehabilitating their credit history.
